How do I care for my shoes?
Our custom items are all made with Genuine leather. When you are not wearing them , we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place.  As with all dyeable satin you should take care not to get them wet.  Dyeable satin is not colorfast.  With dark dye colors (such as blue, purple and red) you may experience some "rub" when you first wear the shoes or carry the clutch.  This is normal and will rinse off with some soap and water.  
Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Duties and Taxes are excluded in our prices. You may be charged upon receipt or at a later date by your carrier or local customs office.
Do you offer wholesale business?

What is our privacy policy?
We value your trust and we would love to create a long term relationship with you, we do not and will not rent, sell, or loan the personal information you provide to us to anyone.
How do I use a promotion code?
If you have a promotion code, you may use it at the checkout. Enter the code to activate it when you come to the checkout and the value of the discount will be deducted automatically from the total.  If the discount code covers the full amount of the order, this will be your payment. If the discount covers only part of your total payment you can use a credit/debit card for the remaining amount on the order. This also applies to gift cards that are used on our site.
 
Can I cancel or change my order?
To better serve our customers, orders are processed once you completed the checkout process. Therefore, we are not able to cancel or modify your order.  Please check your final order summary carefully before proceeding to payment.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by all major credit / debit cards via PayPal.

PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure. Financial information is transmitted with an encryption key length of 168 bits - the highest level commercially available.

What if I have wide/narrow feet?
We can make adjustment for you but we can't gaurantee them to fit perfectly the first time.  More inputs from you will be the key success to us, please try to provide pictures or more descriptions of you sizing history.  We have 5 standards which are Extra Narrow, Narrow, Standard, Wide and Extra Wide. Please check these boxes at size selection box.
How do I know my size?
Go to Size Guide. We are more than happy to serve you personally if you are still unsure regarding size selection. Please do not hesitate to contact us.  We will get back to you as soon as possible!
How do I trace my Shoes?
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your checkout is completed. A dispatch email will be sent to you when the shoes are sent out. This will include a tracking number, you can track your order in courier website.
How much for shipping?
All Shippings are FREE!

What is our return policy?
All our shoes are custom made to your specifications. As a result, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds. If you concern about the fitting, please go to size guide.  You are welcome to contact us  if you are still unsure about sizing. 

How long does it takes for the shoes to arrive?
Our custom made shoes are all hand made. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to produce and 7-12 business days for international shipments.
